Modificación del artículo 264-I del código procesal civil, sobre resoluciones de segunda instancia

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de monografía, se aborda la necesidad de ofrecer respuesta a la exigencia social de erradicar el retardo de justicia desde el área de la administración de justicia que permite recuperar una imagen pública y pertinente de la justicia. <br /> En consecuencia se reconoce como problema, lograr que las resoluciones sean dictadas conforme a las exigencias de celeridad en la administración de justicia de Bolivia, para contribuir a la disminución de la retardación de justicia, sobre todo en el proceso civilThis monograph addresses the need to offer a response to the social demand to eradicate the delay in justice from the area of administration of justice that allows for the recovery of a pertinent public image of justice. <br /> Consequently, it is recognized as a problem to ensure that resolutions are dictated in accordance with the requirements of speed in the administration of justice in Bolivia, in order to contribute to reducing the delay in justice, especially in the civil process.
