Inclusión de la asistencia familiar en la vía voluntaria notarial en materia familiar

Abstract

La constante evolución del derecho notarial y del derecho en general y su constante búsqueda de resolución de algunos de los procesos voluntarios antes judiciales, es decir a través de su "Vía Voluntaria Notarial" resolverá aspectos tanto en materia familiar y materia civil, dentro del primero se encuentra los procesos de familiares de asistencia familiar, motivo de análisis del presente trabajo, bajo este entendido en principio y a manera de preámbulo, que evidentemente resulta conveniente y necesario el cambio o modificación de las normas dentro una sociedad, sin embargo es necesario advertir, que estas se tornan complejas porque muchas veces se constituyen en trabas para los ciudadanos, ya que no existe una buena adecuación de las normas con la realidad, es con ese objetivo que se quiso estudiar el tema de la asistencia familiar.The constant evolution of notarial law and law in general and its constant search for resolution of some of the voluntary processes before judicial, that is to say through its "Notarial Voluntary Way" will resolve aspects in both family and civil matters, within the first one are the processes of family assistance, reason for analysis of this work, Under this understanding in principle and as a preamble, it is evidently convenient and necessary to change or modify the rules within a society, however it is necessary to warn that these become complex because many times they become obstacles for citizens, since there is not a good adaptation of the rules with reality, it is with this objective that we wanted to study the issue of family assistance.
