Abstract

La búsqueda de la resolución de algunos de los procesos voluntarios antes judiciales, es decir a través de su "Vía Voluntaria Notarial" resolverá aspectos tanto en materia familiar y materia civil, dentro este último se encuentra los procesos de sucesorio, motivo de análisis del presente trabajo, bajo este entendido en principio y a manera de preámbulo, que evidentemente resulta conveniente y necesario el cambio o modificación de las normas dentro una sociedad, sin embargo es necesario advertir, que estas se tornan complejas porque muchas veces se constituyen en trabas para los ciudadanos, ya que no existe una buena adecuación de las normas con la realidad, es con ese objetivo que se quiso estudiar el tema de la sucesión hereditaria.
