Estudio comparativo sobre el asentimiento conyugal en la renuncia a la herencia y su aplicación en la vía notarial y judicial en Bolivia

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es comparar las diferencias normativas entre la competencia notarial y judicial en casos de renuncia a la herencia de cónyuges durante la vigencia del vínculo matrimonial. Se emplea un enfoque cualitativo, con revisión documental de normativa vigente y entrevistas a jueces, notarios y abogados del municipio de Sacaba.The objective of this research is to compare the normative differences between notarial and judicial competence in cases of renunciation of inheritance by spouses during the existence of the marital bond. A qualitative approach is used, with documentary review of current regulations and interviews with judges, notaries and lawyers from the municipality of Sacaba.
