La firma electrónica en la función notarial

Abstract

El presente trabajo se referirá a enfocar los aspectos positivos y negativos de la Firma Electrónica,pero en el capo de la función notarial. En nuestro ordenamiento legal en vigencia, se hace referencia a los actos que deben estar por escrito, lo que nos lleva a establecer que ningún acto escrito pudiera concentrarse en un soporte distinto al papelThe present work will refer to focus the positive and negative aspects of the Electronic Signature, but in the capo of the notarial function. In our current legal system, reference is made to the acts that must be in writing, which leads us to establish that no written act can be concentrated on a medium other than paper.
