Abstract

A lo largo de la presente investigación, se estudia la función de los Notarios de Fe Pública y su relación con la responsabilidad y la falta de seguridad en el ejercicio de su labor. Se plantea la importancia de comprender cómo estos profesionales desempeñan un papel fundamental en la autenticación de documentos legales y la importancia de garantizar la integridad en su trabajo.

Throughout this research, the role of Notaries of Public Faith and their relationship with liability and the lack of security in the performance of their duties is studied. It emphasizes the importance of understanding how these professionals play an essential role in the authentication of legal documents and the significance of ensuring integrity in their work.
