Incorporación del tipo societario de empresa unipersonal de responsabilidad limitada dentro de la norma sustantiva comercial Boliviana

Abstract

Mediante la presente tesis se realizó un estudio de la Empresa Unipersonal dentro de la <br /> legislación boliviana, viéndose la escasa o poca importancia que se da a este tipo societario que se <br /> encuentra en crecimiento, haciendo notar que aún no se la ha tomado de manera formal como tal.<br /> A efecto de la presente tesis se utilizó el método histórico y el deductivo, para <br /> posteriormente llegar a un estudio jurídico comparativo y culminar con marco el propositivo <br /> respecto a la necesidad del reconocimiento e incorporación de la Empresa Unipersonal de <br /> Responsabilidad Limitada como un tipo societario dentro la norma comercial sustantiva; para lo cual <br /> la propuesta realizó un proyecto de ley especial sobre el tema citado.

Through this thesis, a study of the Sole Proprietorship was carried out within the<br /> Bolivian legislation, seeing the little or scarce importance given to this corporate type that is<br /> in growth, noting that it has not yet been taken formally as such.<br /> For the purposes of this thesis, the historical and deductive method was used, to<br /> later arrive at a comparative legal study and culminate with a framework the proposal<br /> regarding the need for the recognition and incorporation of the Sole Proprietorship of<br /> Limited Liability as a corporate type within the substantive commercial norm; for which<br /> the proposal made a special bill on the cited subject.
