Abstract

La presente Tesis de Grado permitió desarrollar una investigación propositiva con la finalidad de fortalecer el notariado plurinacional a través de la colegiación notarial como instrumento de fortalecimiento de la institucionalidad del gremio notarial boliviano, en el marco de los valores y principios de bienestar común y el servicio hacia la sociedad, se analizó críticamente la normativa y estructura institucional que rige al gremio notarial, teniendo en cuenta el estudio del derecho comparado con México, Perú, Argentina y otros, que literalmente han apoyado fortaleciendo el desarrollo del notariado de su país; porque cuentan con una organización colegiada que se agrupa en único colegio o corporación no estatal del derecho público reconocido por la ley, que incorporan en su caso a los distintos colegios territoriales de cada paísThis thesis allowed the development of a propositional research with the purpose of strengthening the plurinational notary's office through the notarial collegiality as an instrument to strengthen the institutionality of the Bolivian notarial guild, within the framework of the values and principles of common welfare and service to society, the regulations and institutional structure governing the notarial guild were critically analyzed, taking into account the study of comparative law with Mexico, Peru, Argentina and others, which have literally supported strengthening the development of the notary's office in their country; because they have a collegiate organization that is grouped in a single college or non-state corporation of public law recognized by law, incorporating, where appropriate, the various territorial colleges of each country.
