La firma digital notarial. Una estrategia para incrementar su eficacia

Abstract

Esta investigación se decanta por investigar sobre la firma digital notarial y como incrementar su eficacia. El tema resulta de actualidad e importancia muy estimada, porque el funcionamiento del SINPLU (Sistema Informático del Notariado Plurinacional) a través de la implementación de la firma digital notarial ha logrado incorporar al Notariado boliviano al gobierno electrónico y es la semilla que permitirá convertir al Notario en la ventanilla única desde donde se puedan realizar los variados trámites de carácter privado en los que tiene competencia interoperando con otras distintas instituciones públicas que le colaboran en su actuar.

This research focuses on the notarial digital signature and how to increase its effectiveness. The topic is current and of great importance because the functioning of SINPLU (Computer System of the Plurinational Notariat) through the implementation of the notarial digital signature has managed to incorporate the Bolivian Notariat into electronic government and is the seed that will allow the Notary to become the single window from which the various private procedures in which he has competence can be carried out, interoperating with other different public institutions that collaborate in his actions.
