Factores de riesgo y protección presentes en el consumo de cigarrillos en universitarios de la ciudad de Sucre

Abstract

En Bolivia el consumo de cigarrillos es el responsable de una importante cantidad de muertes y enfermedades, con el objetivo de contar con información propia de nuestra realidad, surge el presente estudio que tiene como objeto identificar los factores de riesgo y protección presentes en el consumo de cigarrillos en universitarios de la ciudad de Sucre,La muestra estuvo compuesta por 762 sujetos, se aplicó un cuestionario ad hoc para identificar los principales factores de riesgo y protectores presentes en universitarios fumadores y no fumadores, comprendidos entre los 16 y 28 añosIn Bolivia, cigarette consumption is responsible for a significant number of deaths and diseases, with the aim of having information about our reality, this study aims to identify risk factors and protective factors present in the consumption of cigarettes in college students in the city of Sucre, The sample was composed of 762 subjects, applied an ad hoc questionnaire to identify the main risk factors and protective factors present in college students and non-smokers, between 16 and 28 years
