Nuevo derecho notarial en Bolivia y la necesidad de su enseñanza en la Carrera de Derecho de la Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca

Abstract

El derecho notarial se ha convertido en una disciplina dentro de las ciencias del derecho con autonomía y características particulares que hacen imprescindible su conocimiento y estudio, máxime si las modificaciones normativas en Bolivia han permitido extender las atribuciones del notario de Fe Pública compartiendo funciones que eran propias del Juez Ordinario. <br /> <br /> La nueva configuración de los instrumentos notariales así como la vía voluntaria notarial, deben ser conocidos por los estudiantes del derecho, desde la necesidad de ampliar el campo para el desempeño laboral y la necesidad de interactuar en sede notarial como parte del trabajo profesional del abogado

Notarial law has become a discipline within the sciences of law with autonomy and particular characteristics that make its knowledge and study indispensable, especially if the changes in regulations in Bolivia have made it possible to extend the attributions of the notary of Public Faith sharing functions that were proper to the Ordinary Judge. The new configuration of the notarial instruments as well as the notarial voluntary route, must be known by the students of law, from the necessity to extend the field for the labor performance and the necessity to interact in the notarial seat as part of the professional work of the lawyer.
