Abstract

Se sabe que las facultades de representación se otorgan por personas naturales y por personas jurídicas y que tales personas pueden desarrollar sus actividades en el ámbito civil y en ámbito comercial. En tal actividad los notarios intervienen constituyendo un documento público que contiene las facultades otorgadas y también intervienen en su sustitución parcial o total de tal poder en su posterior documento público

It is known that powers of representation are granted by natural persons and by legal persons and that such persons may carry out their activities in the civil and commercial spheres. In such activity notaries intervene by constituting a public document that contains the granted faculties and also intervene in its partial or total substitution of such power in its later public document.
