Abstract

En Septiembre de 2013 el Instituto de Estudios Bolivianos (IEB) realizó el Foro Educación convocando a investigadores, analistas y funcionarios del Ministerio de Educación para analizar y debatir el estado de la educación escolar con motivo de la aplicación de una nueva propuesta curricular. Por la importancia del tema y la necesidad de conocer qué está pasando con la aplicación de la Ley Avelino Siñani Elizardo Pérez (Ley ASEP) el auditorio de la Casa Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz estuvo lleno de un público atento y participativo durante todo el día del 10 de septiembre. Las ponencias que se presentaron se pueden agrupar en dos partes, las de debate sobre la aplicación de la Ley ASEP y las que se refieren a temas, si bien relacionados con el Foro, son de investigación básicaIn September 2013 the Institute of Bolivian Studies (IEB) held the Education Forum calling on researchers, analysts and officials of the Ministry of Education to analyze and debate the state of school education due to the application of a new curricular proposal.
