Este estudio tuvo como finalidad recoger y analizar las percepciones de una red ciudadana de usuarios de servicios de salud sobre la participación de la comunidad en la gestión del Hospital Boliviano Holandés (HBH) y la red de servicios, centro de 2do nivel de la ciudad de El Alto. El hospital y la red de servicios del distrito 1 de El Alto fueron adjudicados por una parte el Municipio y por otra la Embajada de Holanda a una ONG sin fines de lucro, quién enfatizó en la viabilidad económica del Hospital y dejando de lado los Centros de Salud de la Red The purpose of this study was to collect and analyze the perceptions of a citizen network of health service users about community participation in the management of the Dutch Bolivian Hospital (HBH) and the services network, the second level center of the city of The tall.
