<br/><br/> Inicialmente se aclara de forma sucinta la naturaleza del Servicio Notarial, para una vez sentada la base de que se trata de un servicio público abordar la administración de la Oficina Notarial desde este concepto, partiendo de los recursos materiales, condiciones que debe de reunir la oficina notarial, criterios básicos para la atención de los usuarios, y el relacionamiento de la Notaria de Fe Publica con otras instituciones.<br/>Finalmente se esbozan criterios para llevar a delante un manual de funciones del personal de la oficina, así como manual de procedimiento.<br/>  Initially, the nature of the Notary Service is briefly clarified, so that once the basis is established that it is a public service, the administration of the Notary Office is approached from this concept, starting with the material resources, conditions that the Notary Office must meet, basic criteria for the attention of users, and the relationship of the Notary Public with other institutions.<br/>Finally, criteria are outlined for the development of a manual of functions of the office staff, as well as a procedure manual.<br/>
