<br/><br/> La investigación desarrollada está orientada a revelar el estudio de la contaminación atmosférica por fuentes móviles, para contribuir a disminuir el alarmante crecimiento de contaminación del aire, causado por fuentes móviles y, al mismo tiempo, de aumentar la recaudación tributaria del Municipio de Potosí; por lo que se formula como objetivo central de la investigación lo de proponer un impuesto municipal para mitigar la contaminación atmosférica por fuentes móviles en la ciudad de Potosí.  The research developed is aimed at revealing the study of air pollution by mobile sources, to contribute to reduce the alarming growth of air pollution caused by mobile sources and, at the same time, to increase the tax collection of the Municipality of Potosí; so it is formulated as a central objective of the research to propose a municipal tax to mitigate air pollution by mobile sources in the city of Potosí.
