La trata y tráfico de personas surge como un ilícito nuevo, visualizándose en gran parte, a través de las denuncias y procesos judiciales. Si bien la trata afecta a hombres, mujeres y niños, los afectados en su mayoría han sido migrantes. A pesar de los esfuerzos de instituciones no gubernamentales y gobierno para llevar a efecto la prevención del delito y protección a las víctimas, esta temática permanece invisibilizada ante la sociedad y las personas que han sido vulneradas. Las respuestas e indagaciones de eta investigación a ayudarán a comprender de mejor manera la trata y tráfico de personas desde la perspectiva social y jurídica. Esto, ayudaría además, a atorgar luces y directrices para una atención a las victimas. The trafficking and trafficking of people appears as a new illicit, visualized in large part, through complaints and judicial processes. Although trafficking affects men, women and children, the majority have been migrants. Despite the efforts of nongovernmental institutions and government to carry out the prevention of crime and protection of victims, this issue remains invisible to society and the people who have been violated. The answers and inquiries of this investigation will help to better understand the trafficking and trafficking of people from the social and legal perspective. This would also help to provide lights and guidelines for caring for victims.
