El artículo 65, que fue aprobado en la Constitución Política del Estado (CPE) en el año 2009, permite la filiación de los niños con la presunción de la paternidad, sin necesidad de la presencia del padre, esto garantiza que no se le niegue al niño el derecho que tiene a la identidad reconocido como un derecho fundamental dentro de la sociedad, gozar de dos apellidos y llegando a hacer un análisis de la aplicabilidad que conlleva este artículo de la Constitución Política del Estado y la vulneración de derechos fundamentales que genera a las partes intervinientes o a uno de los progenitore, el presente trabajo va ligado al padre y sus derechos ligados a la familia, a la imagen, a la honra, por último analizando varios casos también llega a transgredir derechos patrimoniales de los progenitores Article 65, which was approved in the Political Constitution of the State (CPE) in 2009, allows the filiation of children with the presumption of paternity, without the presence of the father, this guarantees that the child will not be denied child the right that has the recognized identity as a fundamental right within society, enjoy two surnames and even make an analysis of the applicability that this article of the Political Constitution of the State entails and the violation of fundamental rights that generates the parties involved or one of the progenitors, this work is linked to the father and his rights related to the family, to the image, to the honor, finally analyzing several cases also transgress the patrimonial rights of the parents
