<br/><br/> Después de un tiempo necesario para entender el trabajo y la cultura organizacional de mi ONG, inicié un proceso de análisis institucional, empezando por un FODA participativo con todo el equipo de la ONG (involucrando a personas que normalmente no participan de este tipo de procesos).
