La investigación pretende evidenciar que lineamientos progresivos ha dado el TCP, para tal fin el tipo de investigación elegido es el descriptivo, pues se pretende señalar de qué forma el Tribunal Constitucional ha regulado el Deslinde Jurisdiccional mediante las sentencias y los lineamientos progresivos en cuanto a este. Se empleó el método teórico jurídico y el hipotético deductivo que permitirá contrastar el contenido de las sentencias con la delimitación jurisdiccional de la Ley 073. Por otra parte el empírico aportara a la obtención de información mediante entrevistas y la revisión documental realizada a las sentencias constitucionales.

The research aims to show that progressive guidelines have been given by the TCP, for this purpose the type of research chosen is descriptive, because it aims to indicate how the Constitutional Court has regulated the Jurisdictional Boundary through the sentences and progressive guidelines regarding this. The juridical theoretical method and the hypothetical deductive method were used to contrast the content of the sentences with the jurisdictional delimitation of Law 073. On the other hand, the empirical will contribute to the obtaining of information by means of interviews and the documentary review carried out to the constitutional sentences.
