El presente trabajo de investigación se encuentra dividido en cuatro capítulos; el primero de ellos tiene una introducción breve al tema estudiado, las razones del por qué se estudió el mismo, los objetivos trazados y los métodos utilizados.
El segundo capítulo contiene el sustento teórico en el cual ha sido basado todo el proceso de investigación iniciando con los antecedentes del proceso ejecutivo, la conceptualización del mismo, sus características y etapas tanto en la legislación nacional como en normativa internacional.
El tercer capítulo es el eje que ayuda a la comprensión de la presente monografía. En el mismo se realiza un análisis normativo de los procesos ejecutivos mediante un estudio comparativo de la normativa vigente en contraposición a la normativa abrogada, lo cual permite conocer los pros y contras del Nuevo Código Procesal Civil.
The present research work is divided into four chapters; the first of them has a brief introduction to the subject studied, the reasons why it was studied, the objectives set and the methods used.
The second chapter contains the theoretical support on which the entire research process has been based, beginning with the background of the executive process, its conceptualization, its characteristics and stages both in national legislation and in international regulations.
The third chapter is the axis that helps the understanding of the present monograph. In the same one a normative analysis of the executive processes is realized by means of a comparative study of the current norm in opposition to the abrogated norm, which allows to know the pros and cons of the New Code of Civil Procedure.
