El presente trabajo realiza un análisis de los efectos jurídicos de la función notarial en el marco de los principios y valores, del nuevo paradigma del servicio notarial implementado por el legislador boliviano para establecer elementos teóricos que son necesarios profundizar. This paper analyzes the legal effects of the notarial function within the framework of the principles and values of the new paradigm of the notarial service implemented by the Bolivian legislator in order to establish theoretical elements that need to be deepened.
