El plan de este trabajo pretende abordar del modo más completo posible los temas permanentes y casi recurrentes que plantea la interpretación jurídica: la naturaleza de ésta, la función, los métodos interpretativos, el papel de la escuela realista, las discusiones modernas sobre los problemas semánticos del derecho, la interpretación constitucional, los problemas relativos a la certeza judicial.
No solo se ha puesto cuidado en las citas legislativas y bibliográficas, sin también que se ha buscado seleccionar los textos que son imprescindibles para abordar esta temática, desde los clásicos hasta los más modernos, superando naturalmente limitaciones de nuestro medio. The plan of this work aims to address as completely as possible the permanent and almost recurrent issues raised by the legal interpretation: the nature of this, the function, interpretive methods, the role of the realist school, modern discussions on semantic problems of law, constitutional interpretation, problems related to judicial certainty.
Not only care has been taken in the legislative and bibliographical citations, but also that we have sought to select the texts that are essential to address this issue, from the classical to the most modern, naturally overcoming limitations of our environment.
