Capítulo II: Evolución del derecho agrario, tiene por objeto introducir al lector en lo que es el Derecho Agrario como una rama independiente del Derecho Civil. Trae a la colación una serie de conceptos indeterminados que en sus inicios recibió y que poco a poco se ha logrado definir en torno a su sustentada autonomía. Demuestra la inquietud de sus mentores quienes buscan construir un sistema de normas agrarias, otorgando características propias a sus institutos particulares teniendo en cuenta su fundamento económico y social para hacer frente a los problemas suscitados en la actividad agraria Chapter II: Evolution of agricultural law, aims to introduce the reader in what is the Agricultural Law as an independent branch of Civil Law. It brings to the collation a series of indeterminate concepts that in its beginnings received and that little by little has been managed to define around its sustained autonomy. It demonstrates the concern of its mentors who seek to build a system of agrarian norms, giving their own characteristics to their particular institutes taking into account their economic and social basis to deal with the problems raised in the agricultural activity
